Slow start, still in window, didn't trigger starting time

Hi Folks, In my round-the-lake race last evening, the start time was set for 1800-1830. The raceqs start time was set at 1800. I crossed the line with a couple other boats around 1819, but it on raceqs it doesn’t look like either of us (the latecomers) ever started the race. Is there a way to adjust the start window, or some other fix for this?
