Scheduled start and phone/PIN lock

I’ve had this happen twice already:

(1) Set the app to scheduled start at a certain time
(2) Go sailing (phone not accessible during this time)
(3) Upon returning to shore unlock the phone to stop tracking

When I unlock the phone the app shows that it’s been tracking for a few seconds only, meaning that it only started tracking when I unlocked it. Can RaceQs start recording when the phone is locked with a PIN?

Of course, it should start recording at time specified even when locked – this is what the function is meant for.

The situation described means something went wrong.

If this happens again, please, send logs from your phone to support@raceqs.com and we’ll try to find the cause and fix the issue.
