Dinghies such as Optmist, Europclass and Laser are much more lively and agile then larger boats. Such “quick” movement might be miscalculated as poor boat handling and hence make it harder to get in to “the groove”. That would make the analyses less accurate. Does the algorithms differ depending on type of vessel to compensate for this?
As I understand the sampling rate is 1/second but in fast moving and fast accelerating vessels like Europe Class dinghies vital information can be overlooked by a, in this context, slow sampling rate.
How often does the App log fx the heal or heading? Is this an adjustable setting?
