Locking the course

As far as I can tell it seems that anyone can go into regatta mode and change the course. It takes a long time to set it all up; so is there some way of locking it so that only certain “administrators” can amend it?

I have just found out how to lock the racecourse in the course setup facility. When you edit the regatta name there is a tick box to lock the course
