Latitude & Longitude Format for Marks

In creating marks it looks like the only available format is degrees & decimal degrees. This might make sense to a programmer but this format is pretty much never used in navigation.

Either degrees-minutes-seconds or degrees-minutes-decimal minutes are common, and the ability to select which of those you want would be even better.
