Cannot create my division – showing as locked?

Ran a race last night that had something like 12 divisions (same finish & start lines, but different windward marks & start times. Some reason the “Create a Division” is locked and I cannot add my fleet’s start time?

You need to unlock editing in Regatta details dialog.
