Boats changing divisions

I have been promoting the use of RaceQs in our fleet so we have a bunch of new users trying to figure it out. I have volunteered to set the course etc up for the fleet.  We had a race last night.  I’ve replayed it a dozen times or more.  I manually put boats in the right divisions but have had to correct it several times.  They are all in the right divisions, the set up is locked and the next time I view it a bunch of them have been put in the wrong division again.  It does not seem that locking the editing locks the boats.  Is there something I am doing wrong?
