3D Reply on Computer not fully downloading

I switched from classic view to new beta version to view replay. When downloading the 3D image only half of it forms and the other half remains as colored lines filling the screen.  I had tried this in the past with the same result.  I was also given the option icon to switch back.  This last time I was called away from my computer and when I returned the icon was no longer there and on all replays regardless of computer or account used I gat the split screen.  Any sugestions?

“Back to Classic” option should still be visible.

Can you send us a screenshot? Please try “Feedback” button on the right edge of the replay  screen – this will also send some info about your system, which could help us understand what went wrong.
