    Hi,

    I have pushed the button “back to classic” on the page right down in the corner.

    Since I have no picture and the screen is  black. There is no button to change this.

    How can help me?

    I have the same problem. If I use different browser (Chrome on Mac) on the same machine, the reply still works. On the browser on which I hit the “back to classic” button (Safari on Mac), it continues to be blank. I cleared the cache of the Safari browser, but it does not solve the problem. The help is appreciated.

    Same problem here. MS Edge running on Windows 10. Any fix?

    This seems resolved for me. It now plays ok. It looks they removed “back to classic” button now.
