How my friends can watch my race live?
There are two ways to watch the race live:
If the regatta is sponsored by raceQs, the yacht club will post a direct link to a public replay on their website. Just forward the link to your friend as as soon as you cross the starting line, your track will appear.
Otherwise, your friend needs to create an account on raceQs, and search for your journal page. When they click on the replay for the race, it will open into the live streaming version. Don't forget to tell your friend that Live Streaming packets of data are sent every five minutes. If one is dropped due to poor reception, the boat may appear to hold still even if it is actually still moving. -

Can we use the GPS replay in the protest room as evidence?
It depends on the jury, but it may be helpful to show your replay as supporting evidence. However, because each boat uses the phone in a different location on board, and cell phone timing is not synchronized, fine measurement can be hard to support with evidence. Time on phone ca be a a few seconds off. For big movements and fouls, ok , but no that great as hard evidence for collisions.

There is no avatar of my boat, how can I get one?
