Suggestions:

When in Auto playback mode, (I had to disable or enable Chrome video plugins to play the videos as well as the other guy here) i thought maybe mp4s woudl not be displayed etc, then converted to flv and etc and uploaded etc.

1st no matter what panel is displayed you should flip to comments page so you can see the video.
2nd no matter (and especially if in a 6x playback mode or etc.) in Auto mode drop down to 1x to play the video?
3rd the little icons are very difficult to click on or know what they are when you send the link to somebody for playback they have no idea what all that stuff is?
