Video unrecognized

I have had two attempts to get geo vids to connect the video with a track.  The first I copied the file to the Race Q’s folder before opening the browser and the second I opened the browser and the Race Q’s journal before coping the video to the folder.  Should it make a difference?  Is it possible to delete the track, re upload it from my phone and try again?

I put the video in first before uploading the track and opening the journal file this time and it seemed to work.
