My Boat Picture shows up on other's profiles/journals

I go into my journal where i have uploaded a Bad Dog picture. Click on the picture and it shows two other people below with icons and little 1s in the icon.

I click on the person and it shows my boat picture in his journal??? That doesn’t make sense. is this some kind of J111 connection without location? Neither one of these users appears to be in my State.

Confused. Is my boat picture used as some kind of generic J111 picture?
