Why does the mark and S-F line feature appear locked in my 3D replay?

Can’t enter any marks or s/f line information in any of my segmented journal entries. When I originally created the segments, I locked them, but have since gone back and unlocked them. Still can’t make mark entries. I am able to still change the segment start and end times with the slider.
